Enquiries and confirmation
Submitting an availability enquiry via our website or messaging channels does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All room bookings are confirmed directly by the property upon review of dates and guest numbers.
Rates, deposits and payment
Room tariffs, applicable taxes, advance deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods (UPI, cash, cards) are communicated directly with the guest during booking confirmation.
Arrival and departure
Standard check-in time is 11:00 AM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure requests are subject to prior coordination and room availability.
Occupancy and room use
Rooms are configured for specified guest capacities (Standard & Premium: 2 Adults; Family Room: Up to 4 Adults). Only registered guests are permitted overnight stay unless prior arrangement has been confirmed with the host.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Cancellation policies, notice periods, and date modification guidelines are confirmed directly with the guest at the time of booking enquiry.

Children and pets
Families with children are warmly welcome. Pets are permitted with prior host confirmation at the time of booking.
Smoking and quiet hours
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms. Quiet hours are observed late in the evening to maintain peace and comfort for all staying guests.
Identification
Government-issued photo identification is required for all adult guests at the time of check-in in accordance with hospitality regulations.
Services arranged through others
Local transport, scooter rentals, and backwater boat trips are operated by independent local providers and remain subject to their individual availability, rates, and seasonal safety conditions.
